When I got there, the desk person went out to the wrong car to get the Vin etc then came back in to tell me that my car wasn't the model I said it was....the car he looked at wasn't mine. 45 minutes after my appointment time, I asked about when they were going to start work on my car. 2 minutes after I asked they took it in a bay. It was scheduled for brake pads and rotors. The car was in the bay for 7 minutes and driven back out. 10 mins later I was told I needed brakes and rotors but can't do today. Wth. First time there, last time there.

Absolute ripoff. Would not recommend. Brought the car for a diagnostic check. They said I needed plugs and coils. $790. Brought car home and same day the check engine came on again. Took it back and they said there was another issue. They wanted $600 plus labor for a part that I bought at Autozone for $150 and installed myself in 3 minutes.

Was driving back home and had brake issues and they got us in very quickly and back on the road in no time

Had a complete inspection for my car focusing on my front end suspension. 120,000 miles on the suspension. Everything was in great shape. They took me back to the rack and showed me how sound the vehicle was. I have not had service like this in years.
