I got an old Honda and took it to Honest 1 for a once over. Paid 140 for the comprehensive diagnostic where they said there was an oil leak. Paid another 100 for a dye test to find out exactly where the oil leak was. Paid another 200 for them to fix the oil leak. When I got it home it was dripping oil on my driveway. I took it back and they said it was just residual oil, they cleaned it up (I guess they didn't the first time?), and it was good. It continued to leak quite a bit so I took it in again. This was now the 4th time I had it up there. This time they said the oil was leaking in two other places and they don't know why it wasn't discovered the other two times. They quoted me another 423 dollars. I just fixed it myself. The reason for only three stars is because I paid 240 dollars just to know what was causing the oil leak and not only was it not checked thoroughly enough, but it was worse when I got it back. Fine, I get it. But I had to insist there was still a problem and while initially everyone was very nice, I felt that the tone became condescending very quickly. I'm not okay with that. Overall the place is fine, but I didn't feel good about my experience there.
