Brought my Scion FR-S in for a quote at 12 o’clock after setting up an appointment the day before. Mechanics could never figure out the problem after holding my car for over 3 hours. Super unprofessional. Would not bring your car to get worked on here.
Levi, As discussed we were still looking at your vehicle when you called & needed to go to work so you took your vehicle. We do not rush diagnostic nor guess when there is a suspension noise or issue. We offered for you to bring back your vehicle Saturday or next week but you declined. We also did not charge you for the 2 hours of diagnostic that we performed. Our services come standard with a 3 year, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty and free roadside assistance. We stand behind all repairs. We also were very professional with our communication with you and stressed that we don't want to rush this diagnostics.
