The people at Honest-1 were all courteous and professional. We were not local and had a major safety problem, which was addressed immediately. They assured that we knew exactly the problem (which I already did), and the issues associated with the repair. Even though the vehicle was older and parts were not available, they found replacements and fabricated new brake line. The work required patience and time and they never showed frustration, keeping on task all day. They did a safety road test before allowing me to drive and waited for me to be fully assured. When settling the bill, I had the nice surprise of a Veteran's discount! Good work, good people.

Very friendly, not pushy at all. Had oil change and tires rotated. I liked how they document the visit and sent me a text or report of what was checked along with pics of any concerns. Will go back.

I’ve had a recurring issue with my vehicle for the past two years. Every time I bring it in to CarMax or the Toyota dealership, they “think” they’ve figured out the issue and allegedly resolve it and it kept coming back. I came across Honest-1 as a “Pal” shop part of the CarMax CarCare Warranty network and I couldn’t be happier that CarMax was all booked up!! Honest-1 took my car, same day, and was able to definitely identify the issue and what needed to be done. They were courteous, informative, and so very kind throughout the process even when the warranty company and Enterprise were dragging their feet. They’ve got a forever customer out of me!!
