I’ve had a recurring issue with my vehicle for the past two years. Every time I bring it in to CarMax or the Toyota dealership, they “think” they’ve figured out the issue and allegedly resolve it and it kept coming back. I came across Honest-1 as a “Pal” shop part of the CarMax CarCare Warranty network and I couldn’t be happier that CarMax was all booked up!! Honest-1 took my car, same day, and was able to definitely identify the issue and what needed to be done. They were courteous, informative, and so very kind throughout the process even when the warranty company and Enterprise were dragging their feet. They’ve got a forever customer out of me!!

Good dependable service

Honest 1 is the definition of 5-Star Service! My wife and I have relied on Honest 1 for our car care since shortly after it’s opening! We are very glad they are in our neighborhood!!

Was not pleased with this shops service what so ever. Friendly staff, pleasant to talk to, but that’s it. I won’t go into long detail about the issue I had with the service rendered, but there are some things you should discuss with a client prior to performing certain aspects of a job. When I contacted them after the job was done (and I realized what I was unhappy with) the employee on the phone did state to bring it back in, but after the choices of the technician who did the actual work I won’t be returning. I’ll just have to take this one as a loss.

This place was great when I needed to have a car checked out before purchasing for my son. Austen was incredible. His friendliness made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. He went thru everything with me throughly. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using them again myself!

Friendly, prices are less than Mercedes repair shop and repairs are done in a timely manner.
