The person I worked with said I cannot use all of my reward points. I can use max $12. I did a service of my second car 2 days back and the lady on the front said you can use all your rewards. I did not use them all on Thursday as I planned to use today. I have no idea who was telling the truth but for sure one of them was not truthful. I had issues with the guy who handled my cse in the past. He saw me waiting before a lady walked in. He took her case before me and when i brought it up, he said, he didn't see me.. :).. really..

They got me in the same week. They verified what was needed and what wasn’t and I was thankful they didn’t do unnecessary work. Very satisfied with everything.

Save yourself some heartache. This is the first experience in my life where my vehicle in NOW undriveable AFTER an auto shop performs two diagnostic checks. Initial issue was the car was making some dragging noises and a traction light was on. They come back with the brakes needed to be changed and the recommendation of an engine dye check. Ok, that is $900. Next morning, an urgent call that our trusty mechanic found a problem with the rotors and bearings. Now we are talking $1900. Get the vehicle back and it is still making a strange noise. We bring it back for the second diagnostic and now they recommend to overhaul the transmission. That will be $3900. I ask about the new diagnostic and they say we can’t diagnose something we can’t see. I go pick up my car and now EVERYTHING is worse! The car is undriveable now. I would NOT recommend this people. How do you further damage a car as a mechanic and provide no reasoning. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Second time trying to get an oil change with no luck. Had an appointment but an hour after appt time car still not in shop and theyre saying itll be longer! I canceled and left, wont be back. Went to Shell Rapid Lub and they did a great job and I was done quickly.

I was very impressed with the facility appearance and the repair of an alignment I had done on my vehicle!!! Would highly recommend this auto repair facility to anyone our there looking for a clean facility and awesome repair work to be accomplished!!

The business was extremely clean and looked very comfortable. The service that was done on my car was a oil change and I felt good when I left. I will be returning. Thank you.
