Nice/courteous staff, but would not personally recommend. Brought in for two specific issues: intermittent issues with getting window to close and diagnosing air conditioning. Nothing else. Reasons I would not recommend: - Expensive upfront cost ($150) to diagnose without that charge applying towards the repairs. - Despite being clear about two reasons for service, the recommended services included: new brakes and rotors, cabin air filter, and a fuel system cleaning. Presumably the diagnosis cost wouldn't be so high if they would focus on issues customer requested. - Ultimately chose to not get the A/C and window fixed. The A/C quoted cost was $1500 and the window fix was approximately $500. - I understand the quoted costs for the repairs. However, the window cost was for a repair that they technicians felt MIGHT fix the issue since they were unable to duplicate the issue in the shop. This did not give a lot of confidence on a recommended repair that would not guarantee a fix. - Despite not bringing the car in for brakes/rotors, I chose to get that done since I knew it was approaching anyway. The work done seemed to be done at the cost in-line with other shops and competently. Staff was courteous. - In general, not a bad shop. I do not like their business model and it's probably good to steer clear from a car repair shop that puts HONEST in their name, haha. The service and charges should speak for themselves.
