- Tried to make it not covered by my warranty. - They diagnosed my car, and told the warranty company that the issue was due to overfilling the oil. This made it so the warranty company did not cover the cost. I took it to the Mercedes dealership, they said the oil was not overfilled, my warranty covered it. Honest-1 quote was $2k, Mercedes Quote was $2.7k, but my warranty covered $1.7k from Mercedes. These guys shot themselves and myself in the foot by trying to put blame on someone. Do not use them unless you need cheap labor (since they don’t pay their staff enough).

Diagnosed my car, charged $200 and quoted $2k. My insurance would have covered it all, except they told the insurance that it broke due to overfilling the oil (so now the insurance did not want to cover it). I got a second opinion at Mercedes Dealer, and they were able to confirm that H-1 was wrong and got me covered by my insurance. Me fighting with my insurance to prove that Honest-1 was wrong took a month and was really annoying. Because of this I will not go back, as well as recommend all against going here.

Honest-1 Auto Care was wonderful to work with! Super friendly and helpful staff, I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. I also loved the vehicle inspection report I received after they had looked over all my concerns. The report listed all the suggested issues and repairs, with pictures! I'll be back! 😊

I was referred to Honest 1 and I was hoping for the kind of service that the company is named after but unfortunately when it comes to electrical/mechanical work and shopping for cars business is all the same with respect towards women by thinking they can get over on prices because we have a need for their services and almost everytime overpricing happens to be the business of the day. I hope one day these places will truly be honest establishments.

My car is not working at all. I got work done check engine light came back on the next day and my car is not drivable.
