The service was prompt and great. After doing a scan of the vehicle I was impressed that they did not try to recommend /upsell anything that I do not need. Very honest group of professionals. Finally found a place that I can take my vehicle worry- free.

This place is good for oil changes and that’s probably questionable. This place is not for major car issues or repairs.

Car running hot while ac is running after about 15 -20 minutes. Also cv axle needed to be replaced. I got a quote for the services from Firestone they only beat it by 50 bucks. Had to leave the car overnight after I was told it would he done by the end of day or the next day by noon picked up about 2 drove the car still running hot. They close at 3 on Saturdays so was pretty concerned all weekend. I paid 650.00 labor was very expensive. I had to go back today they say that it was a bubble or burp and its working fine now. I don't know yet if it is. They supposedly guarantee their work. I hope so. Jonathan would never come out and meet me after I asked for him both visits. He was the reason I came in the first place. He said he would beat Firestone and take care of me. Update after going back a 3rd time found out they replaced the wrong cv axle. I was never shown what needed to be repaired in the first place. Found out a diagnostic was never done and they just took what I told them Firestone said it might be. After spending 815 to 115 on saturday the car was still running hot took back to Firestone they did an overall check of the vehicle replaced my radiator cap at no charge. Guess what the car is no longer running hot. I was scammed! Jonathan is not an honest person. He originally told me he would look over the car and never did. Then he said he just did what Firestone stated I needed done. Most mechanics will make their own diagnosis and let you see what needs to be done and Firestone said if they (Firestone) replaced the thermostat and the car was still running hot they would put the old one back on and I wouldn't have had to pay since it was their recommendation. I trusted this company to tell the truth. The cv axle they replaced wasn't even the one we discussed! The drivers side is still the one that needs to be repaired Firestone brought me to the back and showed me after Honest care said nothing was wrong with the drivers side. Please save yourself a scam wish I had known. I have a receipts and voice mails to back this review. Just sad!

Do not take your car here for major repairs. Paid 650.00 for repairs and my car is still running hot after taking it back 3xs. Also you will be waiting forever for your work to be complete. Jonathan will promise you the world until it comes down an issue they can't resolve. I also was talking to a customer about my issue because he asked me how long I had been waiting and what was my issue. He threatened to call the police on me because I was telling the customer that I had been there 3xs etc. Seriously? Don't do it! No respect for the customer my time or my money. Car was never fixed. It was recommended that I get a thermostat and after the thermostat was replaced and the car was still running hot you would think they would have known that was not the issue and put the old part back on. They sent me omw as they continued their weekend closing at 3. I was stuck with an overheating vechile since 7/31. Went back 8/2 they burped the coolant afterwards car still running hot and the axle repair was a mess. I could still feel something was off. I go back there they tell me it was because one was new and the other one was old. I was never recommended to replace both at the same time. Come to find out the axle we discussed was not the one replaced they replaced the wrong axle-I have all ppwk and vm to back up my review. After returning on 8/14 they replaced the thermostat again and still the car was running hot after they test drove it continued to make every excuse in the book for the reasoning. Maybe it's the head gasket etc! I asked for my money back so I could take it somewhere Jonathan refused and I asked him well are you going to fix the car he said no. So I was stuck. I took the car the firestone for their review. The driver's side axle is what was supposed to be replaced. They showed me the grease and the tear in that axle. As a courtesy they have me a radiator cap just to see if that worked. Guess what the car is no longer running hot. I have been stressed loosing sleep no a/c in over 100degree weather and they treated me as if they really didn't care about me as a customer nor provided me a resolution. They waisted my time and my money. This was a nightmare! Issue was never resolved by this business. I'm hoping they make it right.

Reliable service every time and correctly priced. Been a customer to them for a long time and will continue going to them.
