They resolved the issue the first time, and completed the repair work slightly higher than the first quote that we received. However they completed twice the work. I am very impressed with this repair shop. I will continue to use them for repairs.

I had my own oil and filter but had decided not to do the oil change myself anymore. Honest-1 was happy to use my stuff to do the oil change. I will continue to use them for service in the future.
