What a great place! Actual customer service, competence, quality and cleanliness. I am usually disappointed in businesses these days so coming across this jewel of a place was a godsend. I called and talked with Rick and he was knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. Bill, who was the technician, ended up fixing the problem which ended up being different then we thought it was and he came up with a great solution. This is an honest place that is not trying to up sell you on things you don't need. They have earned my trust which is so important in today's world. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
