Great experience in a clean facility. Comfortable seating in the lobby and friendly, but professional service. Pricing is definitely fair, and they get you in and out as quickly as they can.

After 2 weeks and 400 miles, the car is still hesitating badly ... I don't believe I'll be taking it back to this facility ... they got 1 star because they were nice ... not skilled.

I came out of work after 12 hours, my tire was almost completely flat. I called hoping to buy a tire but they didn't have one in my size. The owner told me to come by so I did. I had a hole in the tire. They plugged it for free yes FREE! They where so nice.

Had a great experience with Honest-1. Came in for an oil change which was done quickly, but they also took the time to explain some of the other things they noticed with my car that could be issues moving forward. They didn’t ever pressure me to spend more money but instead acted as my trusted advisor for my car’s health. Will definitely be back.

I have went to this place a couple times. The first time was amazing. The second time not so good. Now the third and last time has made me never want to return. Because of the first visit I went back and now never again.
