Was not pleased with this shops service what so ever. Friendly staff, pleasant to talk to, but that’s it. I won’t go into long detail about the issue I had with the service rendered, but there are some things you should discuss with a client prior to performing certain aspects of a job. When I contacted them after the job was done (and I realized what I was unhappy with) the employee on the phone did state to bring it back in, but after the choices of the technician who did the actual work I won’t be returning. I’ll just have to take this one as a loss.
I apologize for you service experience. I was unable to locate your vehicle by your name so I will not be able to provide details on what occurred. Our clear policy is that we never perform work on a vehicle without the customers approval so I would be curious to understand your comments more thoroughly.
