We had a wonderful experience with Honest 1. Daniel is extremely thorough and explained everything, We can honestly say we’ve found our family mechanic.

I took my Van in for an Oil change, and diagnostic test. Honest-1 did a thorough job checking my Van from head to toe! They gave me the recommendations, and completed my Oil change. No high pressure sales, they did exactly what I asked them to do. Happy with the service, and I would work with them again in the future!

Everyone was polite and promptly fixed my tire issue!!! Cleaned up the tire rubber on the side of the car from what I obviously ran over that caused the flight. If I was a local resident they would have my continued business! Family member in different vehicle also ended up with a flat tire and to not risk family safe return home to MD purchased two new tires. Another happy customer!!!

I was on my way home and my car overheated and almost didn’t make it to a gas station. I googled to find a shop and they were he closest. I was stranded with a toddler and tow dogs in 100 degree heat when I called. The owner told me he’d come with help to get my car and get us to the shop. They went above and beyond in every way. All the employees greeted us and made sure the dogs had water and we had a place to cool off in the waiting area. Offered us beverages and snacks while we waited on our car. After doing a thorough check, they assessed the problem and had my car ready in no time. I was delighted that they were so fast, friendly, and most of all efficient. They did an overall check on my car to make sure we would be safe on our trip home. Thank you so much to everyone who came to save us and get us back on the road safely. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants honest and amazing service. Thank you!!!

My husband and I have never been able to find a place we trust before now! We love Honest-1 and their name says it all!! When we took my car in for tire repairs, the manager was constantly in contact with us to let us make the decisions along the way!! And I love that they don’t make you feel rushed in your repairs. They break it down to let you know what is more important so I can plan for what needs to be done!! Honest-1 is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on! Great job guys!!

I trued Honest-1 Auto care for the first time. I made an appointment for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I brought my car in and went to have lunch while it was being serviced. The service was quick and there were no "surprises" of finding "problems" with the car, as I've had at other shops. I'll use them again.

This is a reliable and professional auto service and repair business. Nice, clean and modern facility. Competent and knowledgeable people.

Best place around for car care. I have used them for everything from the routine oil change to more complex engine issues. Always find professional staff, who communicate clearly and provide detailed explanations of the issues needing addressing. I drive from south Charlotte (passing numerous other auto care places) just to get to this location. Absolutely worth a few extra minutes. Nice seating area, good wifi and a Chick-Fil-A almost on the parking lot!

The store manager was very nice and helpful. He was willing to match the prices I got from other auto shops and save my time to bring my car to other places.

Service manager provided a very detailed and accurate explanation of work performed. Very satisfied with work done. Very fair pricing and vehicle was ready as promised. 5 stars.
