Excellent service!!! Super professional and friendly. Made and appointment and needed to change and without question they were able to accomodate. Everything was explained to me prior to and work being done, so there were no surprises. These guys are very passionate about what they do and understand customer service. It was so nice to see the attention to detail in their work, positive attitude and knowledge about cars. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. There guys sincerely want to help, not just make money. I'm so glad I now have a go to shop for all my car repair needs and a place that I can trust! Thank you all so much!

Wonderful experience, today. Best customer service, ever! Daniel was excellent and helpful on the phone, explained everything. Than we were amazed by Austin, who took us home and picked us up when the vehicle was ready. Austin is a GREAT asset to this company, his customers service skills are unbelievable, well spoken, kind and loves his work. We have never had anywhere better experience and because of Austin and Daniel we are your customers for live. Thanks for having such a great employees.

Daniel was a great help. Walked me through everything that my car had issues with. Didn't push anything on me and let me know what I need to keep an eye on. Plus i got a cookie. So that's awesome.

Just in for my second oil change. Service has been great both times. Waiting room is very comfortable but you won’t spend much time there as they get you in and out quickly!

Wow!! Everything from the world class waiting room, this place is top notch. Daniel who works the desk was wearing pressed slacks and a button down dress shirt, on a Saturday. They take this job very serious and are a cut above. I was given a ride home, and they literally drove my truck home after being worked on - and gave me a pack of cookies as a thank you! Who does that?! I was even called when they were working on my truck to say the bill would be higher than expected...by almost $15. Haha really!, most car places don’t mind charging hundreds over and never tell you. I’d recommend Honest One to ANYONE around. I’ll be taking all 3 of our vehicles here exclusively.

I enjoyed it. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car before they did any work they let me know what was about to be done. Also told me what I needed to do and the next course of a few months so my car will be in perfect condition. The experience was wonderful.

Honest1 takes service up a notch. A welcome addition to our home town. I look forward to my next scheduled maintenance!
