I was told I needed fuel injectors, plugs, distributor wires etc and more. I gave the ok to complete the work. After $3700 worth of work I picked up the car and drove it a few miles to find out it was not running right. I took it back and they said I need a new distributor which involved removing the water pump etc. I okayed this service as well to the cost of $1200+. I finally picked up the car after waiting a few more days for parts and when I looked under the hood for what repairs were done I saw my fuel injector cover had been broken and had been attempted to be glued together! I talked to Jonathan the service tech and he said he will get me a new one. My question? Why was I not told about this before picking up my car? Were they trying to hide this? They call themselves Honest 1 Auto Care?

We had a great experience right from the start. From the moment I entered the building the kindness was evident. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were upfront and honest the whole time. What a great place!

An update on the AC problem. Took my car to another service center and the AC problem got fixed in a day. At least did not blame the summer for the AC problem. Like someone posted earlier, definitely not a place to fix complicated issues. May be good for oil changes.

I know the owner and one of the technicians on a personal level. The diagnosis, pricing and work are basically beyond 2nd guessing. If my parents were local I would send them there without any question of them being treated fairly. -Dave

I parked in front of big box store to load and noticed I was gushing diesel fuel. Guy pulls up next to me and says go over there to Honest-1 and they will fix you up. It is 6 pm on Friday evening and they are just pulling the doors down. The manager introduced himself and said how can we help. His mechanic went right for the hood and said I see the problem. He said if you can find the part I will stay late and get these guys back on the road. Believe it or not they found the part and had it with in half an hour. A fuel filter canister for a 2017 F250. Back on the road in one hour 15 minutes. Amazing!! I have been in business most of my 71 years and I know quality and caring in a business. These folks are the best!
