Very friendly, fast service at a price that is fair...couldn't ask for more.

I took my flat spare tire to Honest-1 Auto Care - and they fixed it within 30 minutes - at fair price. I'll probably need to have other maintenance performed on my car, and I trust Honest-1 to take care of me and my car.

Visited Honest1 for a second opinion on an AC problem with my 2009 CRV. The first “opinion” from a competitor, was to install a new compressor kit at $1,698.00. Honest1 performed a routine diagnostic and determined a simple AC relay needed to be replaced, all for $160.00. Not to mention this place is clean as a pin, and the customer service is excellent.

Going to Orlando Fl with the family in my Ford Mini van when it started running bad. 400 miles from home we pulled into Fort Mill SC looking for help. After calling around no one could really help us until some locals told us about Honest-1 Auto who said that they had a great reputation. I called and right away Austin told me that they could help and to bring it over to the shop. While we continued on to our Vacation to Orlando Austin and Greg diagnosed the car and stayed in constant contact. After they diagnosed it they had it fixed and ready to go in less than week. I picked the van up at the end of the week and was so impressed with how well it drove like brand new and Greg even threw in a front wheel alignment for free. All I can say is if your looking for a reliable and trustworthy repair shop take it to Honest-1 auto service. I only wish I lived closer because I would take all of my cars to them. I took my vehicle in for a transmission leak and an alignment. It took longer than anticipated (two weeks) to get my car back because somehow the part they ordered from the dealership went to the wrong location. Then they got it and it was the wrong part. I eventually got my vehicle back and they refunded me the charge for the alignment due to the delays. However, the transmission still leaked. So, after about 700$ for the repairs plus the money I spent on a rental car while they had mine, I still had a leaky transmission. I ended up taking my car to the dealership and they fixed the leak in three days. This may very well be a good place to get oil changes, alignments, etc., but I would not recommend them for more complicated repairs. I will say the customer service is very friendly and they seemed like they wanted to help me, but I don't feel like the competency is there.

Very helpful, efficient, and knowledgable! You never want your vehicle to have issues, but when mine has something pop up again that needs to be fixed, I have no reservations about taking it to Honest1!

Awesome experience getting my oil changed. Quick and affordable service. They even left a bottle of water and some Oreos in my truck whenever I went and picked it up. I will definitely back to this location. Thanks Austin for the great experience.

This was my first visit to Honest-1 and you've won me as a customer. I brought my vehicle in for one problem. Before completing the repair, your techs found another issue - which wasn't a surprise for the age of my vehicle. They contacted me about the problem and the adjusted cost for all the repairs BEFORE completing the original, approved repairs. I found this to be very professional, as many mechanics would have completed the original repair and still charged for that work. When I expressed my decision to not complete the repairs, the employees were very understanding. When they heard I'd be looking for a new car to replace this one, they made sure to advise me to bring a used vehicle to them for an inspection prior to purchasing so I could be aware of any obvious issues before owning it - something I found reassuring as well. I was very pleased with the service I was given and will be sure to use Honest-1 in the future.

Love this shop! I went in for an oil change. Greg greeted me and took my information. My car was taken right in as I had made an appointment ahead of time. After the oil change was completed he let me know other things that my car needed but did not try to push any services or repairs. The recommended services were things that I know my car needed, nothing shady here. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with complimentary coffee, water and WIFI. My car was returned with a lovely clean scent inside and a small pack of Oreo cookies as a "thank you" for using their service. I will use them again. The level of customer service was excellent!
