Took my car in for a repair. After being quoted for the repair, they called later to advise me of a more-serious problem with the vehicle and the costs associated with that repair. This call was before they completed the original issue, saving me the original repair costs. They understood completely and gave me guidance on purchasing a new car.

Honest in the name is misleading because I had to haggle for the price on the phone prior to the service. After the service was complete the price increases and my Costco referral membership discount was never applied.

Professional and on time with estimates vehicle report and work done.

Just like the name and I'm highly satisfied. My 2016 Nissan Altima was struggling to accelerate and when another shop told me it would take all day to look at it, I called Honest-1. They looked at it right away and didn't want to waste my money on diagnostic fees explaining to me it was my transmission. They explained Nissan's CVT problems and recommended I go up the street to Nissan. My warranty was up at 60,000 miles and I was at 65,000. They sent information with me and said to call them if Nissan needed anything. Nissan gave me a new Altima to drive and after they ran a diagnostic it was the transmission. They are doing a new transmission for free while I keep the car to drive. Honest-1 saved me on fees and got me a new transmission for free. Thanks Alot, I will be back.

My first time visiting and I can say that the service was exceptional! Hands down,the best auto shop that I have been to. The place is clean as a whistle, even the restrooms! I had issues with my car shutting off , they worked me right in. They were thorough in locating the issue and finding a solution. My lil toot toot is back to normal. Better than what is was when I bought the car. Shout out to Austin for going the extra mile to make sure I understood everything that was wrong with my car. Very Friendly and passionate people. I would definitely return!

The Cadillac was serviced and the air conditioning was working when we left the site. A very clean and friendly service facility. We will return.

Austin at Honest 1 took great care of us over the 3 days that our work truck was in their shop. He communicated well all that was needed and what we could expect. Genuine, fair prices and excellent customer service

Many local repair shops would not take on the task of replacing timing chains an gear sets for our car. Greg and his team went above and beyond and the service both to the vehicle and our family was fantastic.

This place was amazing!! I am 33 yo female and not that all places are bad: but personally I’ve had bad experiences being charged for things I did not need over the years. The basic service you will get here is HONESTY! HOwever this place has that WOW factor. Greg was amazing, as well as the entire team! They have free roadside assistance for a year!!! With an oil change!!! (If you spend $25) for any service. On TOP of that the warranty on their parts (any part they put in your car) is amazing!!! After just being blown away by the service and the details they gave me on my car (I got an oil change and replaced 2 filters) they gave me details that they did not have too! These people are the real deal! Then the icing on the cake was when I got in my car they had left me a treat with a THANK YOU for my service note. I felt like a Queen y’all. I’m telling you this is the place to go. Relocated from NY 1.5 years ago and I feel like God blessed me finding this place!!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again honest 1. My daughter and I leave for NY in a week and I feel so confident in our ride 👩🏻👧🏽 2 extremely happy ladies!! Thank you!!!
