I have been a customer for over three years I just had service and on my receipt it says my serpentine belt was frayed When I got home I called to see how much the repair was I was told they need to do a diagnostic test and the cost is $159.00 Then the cost to change the belt is 249.00 I do not need a diagnostic test to tell me the belt should be changed you stated that on my receipt I always liked doing business with you I called another mechanic and they will change the belt for $150.00 I will not be returning Maybe you guys should think about a name change
