They did a really poor job communicating and working with us and are not willing to go above and beyond to help. For example, once they finished the work, they called and told me the car was ready 30 minutes before they closed. When I asked if someone would be there if I arrived right at close or shortly after close because of traffic, they said, "No, my guys have to go home." On the same occasion, we asked them to send the quote to our insurance. John assured us that they would and that he would call us Friday to confirm. The Friday passes, and we don't hear anything, so we call around 4:30, and we are told John is on vacation today and through the next week. Vacation is fine and deserved, but don't tell us you'll call and get something done on a day, you know you'll be out. Long story short, this has been all our interactions with them, and I can not recommend them.
